These pages were written using emacs, the text editor which has everything including the kitchen sink thrown into it. The DTD it was working is the XHTML strict DTD, version 1.0.
In a couple of the pages, I incorporated a Table of Contents with internal links to points within the document.
PDF was generated from LaTeX source files using pdflatex.
